Each child is provided with a Coram Deo t-shirt. Our dress code requires that students wear this every Monday.

You are required to purchase and provide books and supplies for your students for each of their classes. Please reference this list to see required books and supplies.
Please acknowledge that you are responsible to purchase books and certain supplies for each of your students for all of their classes. Failure to purchase the correct items for classes will result in removal of your student from their classes.*

Next, you'll be registering your child for afternoon classes. Due to the nature of some of the classes, class size needs to be limited. We will likely be reassigning some students to different class blocks in order to keep all of the afternoon classes approximately the same size. Students will be placed based on date of birth.*

Administrative Fee: To register this child for classes, you must pay a $10 non-refundable administrative fee.*

Tuition is $180. You may make 4 payments of $45 over the course of 6 months. Or, pay your full tuition up front to receive a $30 discount.*
- I will pay my tuition in full for $150 (this is a $30 savings).
- I'd like to be put on the payment plan. I understand my payments will equal $180.00 total. $45 will be due immediately.

Please watch your email. You'll receive an invoice for each child you register. Fees are due no later than 8/20/16. If you do not pay by this date, you will forfeit your child's spot in class and it will be opened up to wait-listed students.
